If you need the item urgently, please contact us by email, indicating the delivery address and the delivery date you expect. After receiving your request, our customer service personnel shall evaluate the possibility of expedited delivery and confirm with you accordingly.

We provide a traceable logistic tracking number for each order.
After your order is complete, we will submit the logistic tracking number within 1-3 days and send the number to your registered mailbox.
After receiving the tracking number, you can log on: www.17track.net to check the delivery progress of your package.

Payment

We support PayPal and a range of credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Maestro, Diners Club, Discover, JCB). For details, please pay attention to the “Payment Method” page in the footer.

Usually, you will get a discount of 6-10% for all orders.

If you buy lots of products and need more discounts, please contact us by email, indicating the name and quantity of the items you intend to buy. Our customer service personnel will apply discounts for you based on the purchased quantity.

Storieme products have been widely favoured by a great number of customers from the US, Canada, and major European countries.

If you are an agency purchaser or a store operator intending to purchase our products in bulk, feel free to contact us. We support small wholesale and customized services with flexible cooperation methods.

Storieme offers better and more favourable prices to wholesales.
 
We create a flexible wholesale cooperation mode. What you need to do is to register a wholesale account, contact us to get the exclusive wholesale discount code, and fill in the necessary information. Then you will become our wholesale member.
 
This is almost no different from online shopping.
Sorry, we do not provide a brand license for the time being.
 
The Storieme brand has self-operated retailing channels, and so, currently has no licensing plan.
 
No Storieme logo will appear on any products for your wholesale customers. If you need to attach your own logo to products, please contact us.
For the first cooperation, we do not support free sampling. If you have concerns about product quality, it is suggested to buy a sample before bulk purchase. If the following purchase in a single transaction exceeds US$500, we will refund the initial sample fee.
 
For customers having a long-term cooperative relationship with Sziqiqi, we may offer free samples.
Yes, most of our products support customization. You may provide us with your requirements or your samples.
 
There is a requirement of minimum quantity order of 200pcs for a customized product.
